As a company we work together to ship your pieces as quickly as possible. Orders may take from 2-5 days to process and be delivered. We are not responsible for incorrect addresses. If the package needs to be returned, shipping will be charged again to the client.

No refunds. Few exceptions only. 

We work with high quality products, including heavyweight fabric for all our clothing pieces. All items are safe to put in washing machines. Hanging our clothing pieces instead of using a drying machine is recommended but not required.

Drying machines may cause a light shrink in all clothing pieces.

Our return policy allows for changes or exchanges within 15 days of purchase, provided the item is in its original condition with proof of purchase. Please note that we do not offer refunds; instead, customers will receive store credit for the value of the returned item. All sales are final after 15 days. Thank you for understanding!
